Kimberly attended the University of Michigan where she received her BA. She attended Fordham Law School where she received her JD in 1998. Kimberly began her career working at a large firm in New York City, Brown & Wood LLP. Kimberly joined the Nassau County District Attorney's Office in 2002 where she tried numerous cases to verdict. In May 2005, Kimberly joined her father Richard's practice. Kimberly handles most of the criminal matters (Felonies, misdemeanors and traffic violations) and assists Richard with all other matters. Kimberly is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is active in the Nassau County Bar Association. She is the head of the Nassau Bar Association's District Court Committee and has been assigned to a special Task Force investigating Indigent client services. Kimberly is also a correspondent for Fox News and MSNBC and appears regularly discussing all current legal issues.
